Without goons like Gorelick and Venisita onboard things may go a lot different this time around. All they have to do is prove for the record that Atta known prior to 9/11 as being ripe for a FBI pickup in Brooklyn NY.. whatever the L/MSM feeds em, will stick in their heads. Press will right it off, and say, lets just move on. Lets make sure it don't happen again. And if someone tries to pin the rap on Gorelick the L/MSM will come back with a "yea but look at the DoD, FBI, and other Intel Agency law groups, they went along with the memos' suggestions instead of fighting it. So I don't see this as a win/loss situation. No one is going to face any form of criminal charges as a result. Certainly not Slick/Reno/Gorelick etc..

On page 29 of the Adobe printout of the 9/11 Report is the title "Hijackers' Associates in Germany." I would advise FReepers to read that page, and if it doesn't set your blood boiling and leave too many questions unanswered, then one has to be dead. Much has been said of the CIA Osama Bin Laden team and Cofer Black -- and both were failures. However, who was running the West European show? That person should be fired and then sent off somewhere either damnably hot or intolerably cold to live out the rest of his/her life.

Could not find any text with the string: "Associates in Germany". I tried Associates,Germany as single word searches, and don't find anything in the area of document suggested.
However due to the page reference I believe you are reading Chapter ONE entitled "WE HAVE SOME PLANES". Where the sad stories and heroic deeds of the passengers are brought forth.
If so, I would only add, much in the reports some 500 pages makes my blood boil.

Unable to find your reference in 911 report. In chapter 5 there is a section titled, "The Hamburg Contingent" on page 160.

We don't know what the FBI received concerning Atta and other terrorist from the DIA team. LCT Schaffer has eluded to being on a similiar project within the AD operation, and may have made contact, e.g. sent faxes, phones calls. I am sure we have only gotten some key points being brought out concerning this whole affair at this point.
