Just heard on LA County Fire frequency that 1 hour blackouts have been instituted....not sure whats up

Just to irritate you, it was 101 at my place and my neighborhood is on a NEVER GETS SHUT OFF area. It's either because we are near a hospital or because we are near the mall. I noticed that the local big mall is also in the same section.

I don't recall insulting anyone yet. 1) you absolutely did not like it that I found that joke funny. 2) You just had to ping someone else to "come see what this guy said!" to justify your "feelings". 3) I just said it was funny, you stated that it was "my" joke.

Power officials say rolling blackouts have left about 500,000 Southern California Edison customers without electricity. The power emergency is expected to last about an hour. More details to come.
