A fallen soldier's mother said Thursday that the an anti-war vigil she started nearly three weeks ago near President Bush's ranch won't end when she and other protesters pack up the camp next week.

Cindy Sheehan said the day after she leaves Aug. 31, she will embark on a bus tour ending up in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 24. Then the group will start a 24-hour vigil in the nation's capital.

didn't you read you DNC talking point program?

We are entering Act II, scene III

"and lo after being gone from the sacred camp site for verily three days, the face of the DNC did grace her return to the true speakers of the MSM, thus giving them hope to lead them to the return of unison media leftism and the smiting of the new media."

Actually, it's probably safe to say the liberal media will be 'DRIVING' this story.

ANY ORIGINAL THOUGHTS YET CINDY? She's copying Jane Fonda! LOL What an idiot!

You asnwered your own question. Cindy has no original thougths, and most likely Fonda and her ilk are the ones pulling the marionette strings of this pathetic (suddenly financially solvent) person

I really expect her to redo the John Fraud Kerry role, testifying in front of the Senate hearing on the Iraq war. Since the left is following the script from Viet Nam, this will follow in the progression. The left will push for a hearing, the Rino's will cave, and the left's star attraction will give a well written speach, televised worldwide by everyones favorites, our treasonous media. This is going to get worse, IMHO.

This is just more PR from Fenton Communications. This trip has been planned for MONTHS by Cindy Sheehan's so-called ATTORNEY, Buddy Spell called the "PEACE TRAIN". They have been selling T-shirts for this event. His wife, Annie Spell is the first white NAACP leader in Louisiana.

They are nothing but a bunch of DRAMA QUEENS...

From Sapphire: I just got a call from Annie & Buddy Spell (Cindy's Louisiana Attorney) - here is the latest - Cindy Sheehan told Buddy that she believes everyone at Camp Casey will be arrested at midnight tonight. (Wednesday Night) Budy asked her to go back to Crawford Peace House to wait until he gets into town, and that they would be there by 1 AM. Cindy refused to wait for them and went back to Camp Casey saying, "If people are going to be arrested she {sic] wanted to be with them." Their are people in the group who will avoid arrest and contact Buddy and Annie immediately in the event Cindy is taken. If that occurs, they will go directly to the jail and encourage everyone else to go there as well. Please spread this news ASAP. Diaries :: goplies's diary :: Thu Aug 11th, 2005

I'm not sure any prominent Democrat will meet with her. They'll talk tough and antiwar and anti-Bush and calling Bush a liar ... but actually DOING something about it???? Like getting your picture taken with this woman??? I don't think it's gonna happen.

Professional protesters...

Buddy Spell at NAACP march in New Orleans, Louisiana

This is Buddy Spell's back at the NAACP march against discrimination by French Quarter vendors in New Orleans. At the rally, before the march, National NAACP authorities gave Buddy the permission to carry his Peace in America flag. The National NAACP spokesperson said the NAACP supports peace and anything related to peace may carried in the march. Later, at the National NAACP convention, NAACP Chairman Julian Bond stated in his opening speech that the NAACP has always been against the war in Iraq.

IN A WAY, IT SEEMS THAT ANNIE SPELL was born to fight for racial equality. Spell's grandfather, Dr. W. S. Harrell, was responsible for integrating the delivery room in the Bogalusa hospital just before her birth in April 1965. Raised in Bogalusa, Spell graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned a law degree from Loyola University. With her husband, attorney Buddy Spell, she is well known among local activists for her work for progressive causes. Among other efforts, they organized the Jazz Funeral for Democracy held in New Orleans during George W. Bush's inauguration ceremony this year.

The Spells are a team. 'It's a two-for-one deal; you get me, you also get Buddy,' Annie Spell says. The couple is sitting at a table inside St. John's Coffeehouse in Covington -- their suggested spot for an interview -- to discuss her work in the NAACP. Their history in civil rights issues includes work with their Franklinton-based law firm Spell & Spell, which specializes in civil rights issues. 'Fifty percent of my cases are civil rights cases because they involve black defendants in a racist system,' Buddy Spell says.

Work on the Kerry campaign also led Annie Spell into the NAACP. A collection of Northshore Kerry campaigners formed an informal alliance last fall, and Spell joined a group that picketed meetings of the St. Tammany Parish Council, which had passed a resolution urging residents to boycott CBS News following Dan Rather's flawed investigation into the president's National Guard service. The picketing soon led to a group dubbed The Patriots Act meeting every Wednesday evening for dinner. Through this group Spell met Bonnie Andrus, an activist new to the Northshore but already connected to several African-American activists by working on the failed U.S. Senate bid by state Rep. Arthur Morrell (D-New Orleans).

******

Buddy Spell, a felony defense trial lawyer in Covington, LA, is the National Liaison for the Louisiana Activist Network (LAN), a member of the board of directors of the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Annie’s husband, and Sarah Jane’s dad. LAN is sponsoring the Peace Train to Washington, DC from September 22-24.

"Just got off the phone with Annie:

Last night Lt. Sid Franklin from the McLennan Sherrif's Office called and asked for Buddy and Annie to go back to Crawford to take care of some legal issues. Buddy was scheduled for court but the Lieutenant called the District Attorneys office and Buddy was allowed to go. That explains the long delay. They were able to hop on a plane right away. And arrived at Camp Casey at about 2 am. At which time there was an odd man milling about saying he was associated with Jeb Bush and the Secret Service. At about 3 am the Secret Service showed up and started looking at the man's vehicle. They had heard about the man and were looking into him. As the morning progressed the man showed up and started harrassing people and making threatening remarks.

The man was arrested and the protestors have been told that the man will not be released any where near the Camp for quite some time.

The Spells then went with representatives from the Sherrif's department to look at the one acre alotted to them for the big move. Issues such as grey water and toilet facilities are being discussed. Tents are being put up but no one has moved yet.

A march was just coming to an end put on by the CodePink folks. Annie said that the women intended on placing a box of letters written by women at the foot of a Secret Service member. To which the Secret Service responded with "If you bring us a box we'll blow it up."

I can't say I blame them on that one.

Gold Star members have been arriving all day as have Military Families for Peace. 3 to 4 people are handling each traffic detail because infiltrators have been trying to get in.

Basically things are a little confusing and they are having a few camp meetings to get things straightened out.

We may not here more until tomorrow. If anything important pops up I'll post it.

Right now they still need tarps and the lapse in food happened today. hopefully tomorrow the FoodNotBombs people will get set up again.

If the above account was true, I sincerely doubt the man been within 100 miles of Jeb Bush.
