When I saw the headline, I thought he was going to out some U.S senators. That'd explain some of their votes.

I do not know about dealing, but frequent and heavy useage by many in congress could explain some the legisaltion of the past 10 or so years.

To put it bluntly, that crack just don't smoke itself.
