We used to live in Redmond in the 80's/90's and left in 95. The traffic was insane then. My buddy in Bellevue told me recently people in his neighborhood are buying old homes for $500k and leveling them to build mansions on. What happened to Seattle the working class town?

I came back in 95....after having been gone for 12 years......want to go back to where I was before....the Washington I was born in no longer exists, sadly.
