The people using Sheehan don't give a DAMN about her emotional condition.

They want to keep her in a state of grief and use her emotions in all these photo-ops. They certainly don't want her to heal emotionally or progress through the grieving process. That wouldn't help their cause.

They want to keep her bouncing between grief over her son and anger towards Bush.
