I'm coming back to Crawford for my son. As long as the president, who sent him to die in a senseless war, is in Crawford, that is where I belong. I came here two and a half weeks ago for one reason, to try and see the president and get an answer to a very simple question: What is the noble cause that he says my son died for? The answer to that question will not bring my son back. But it may stop more meaningless deaths. Because every death is now a meaningless one. And the vast majority of our country knows this. So why do more young men and women have to die? And why do more parents have to lose their children and live the rest of their lives with this unbearable grief? The presidency is not bigger than the people's will. And when the people speak out, it's the president's reponsibility to listen. He is there to serve us, not the other way around. This isn't about politics. It's about what is good for America and what's best for our security and how far this president has taken us away from both. I'm coming back to Crawford because -- now and forever -- this is my duty for my son, for my other children, for other parents, and for my country.

Many in the MSM have alleged that President Bush has "no compassion" for the families of the soldiers who died in Afghanistan and Iraq. However, it seems that President Bush has met with a higher percentage of those families than any other wartime president, certainly a higher percentage than LBJ met with during the Vietnam War.
Does anyone have any statistics? I believe it would change the course of the discussion about President Bush's compassion if those statistics were available.
to Cindy Sheehan, the Kato Cailin of the left:
your nose is too big, and your shorts make your butt look big.
that said, you look like Jimmy Durante in drag.
you are shaming the memory of your son everytime you open that fat mouth of yours. shema on you trying to parlay his death into stardom.
If you go to the article you will see all these comments of support for Ms. Cindy and her anti-Bush campain.
Cindy's 'ready for her close-up, Mr. DeMille...'
She says she is going back to Crawford for one reason to ask Pres. Bush why?
Then why has she given her opinion about pulling troops now, Israel getting out of Palestine...that the terrorists in Iraq are "freedom fighters"...and every other possible stupid opinion she can come up with...
What a lying witch!
Don't freep this..liberal loony blogger huffypuff is just trying to ping her numbers..they are low compared to FR (tee hee).
Good work Cindy, your like the daughter i never had!

The best way to discredit someone this nuts is to give them a microphone. So go, Cindy, go! Don't stop until you've managed to alienate everyone, to turn every decent American from your cause and send than back to the realm of truth, justice and freedom. Keep jabbering, Cindy!
hmmm...
I don't think he's there.
I went to that link and explained things to Cindy in words of one syllable, so there's a chance she might understand. But I'm not optimistic.
Can some group put together a montage of her actual quotes, video clips, audio clips, writings, etc.
Discussing her own quotes is deemed as smear tactics and attack politics. In other words we should never actually bring up her own quotes and ask questions about it.
A video montage of Cindy Sheehan should be broadcasted so that America can get a sample of her full message. I really want to see how much of America feel this is a criminal nation, a murderous nation and a country not worth fighting for. How about that, Cindy?
Maybe Move America Forward could do that in a commercial. Just have Cindy's own words. I would definitely donate money to get it on the air.
It's a free country Cindy Sheehan. Your son shed his blood for that freedom.
So, stay in Crawford as long as you want. Go to Washington DC and stand out there too when the President returns to the White House. Stay there too through the cold, snowy winter if you are really sincere. Stay there forever and ever if you want. Try to camp outside Camp David too. Oh and yes, it has to be in the winter months also.
Try REI for some good camping gear. Sleeping bags and all of that. You know...the stuff you will need as you continue your demonstration and protest outside the White House and Camp David too. Get some hand warmers and foot warmers as well. Get some thinsulate also as you will need it in the fierce, cold, damp, dark winter cold and snow of DC.
Yes, Cindy...it is a free country so you are free to do what you want. However, you are the not only mother out there among all the other mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters who have lost loved ones in a fight for freedom.
I would think you would be so ashamed. So ashamed. It is obvious however you have no shame. Just the very fact that the old hippie women who are joining you is such proof of how ridiculous this whole thing is. You are being played like a violin and you don't know it or don't care.
These 60's leftovers are trying to get some national attention for themselves and they are usiing you to do it and you are using your son's death to do the same thing. I don't know which is worse but I would think it is you using your son's death to advance your cause against the President and the rest of our troops and our beloved country.
If you don't think this country is worth dying for then you have not been paying attention over your lifetime and perhaps you should consider leaving this wonderful country. If I were as unhappy as you with our President, our country and didn't feel it was worth giving my life for then I wouldn't stay here. You are where you are BECAUSE people have died to keep this and other countries free including your son.
We thank and mourn your beloved son and all the other beloved sons of the mothers and fathers who have lost their lives in the cause of freedom. We send our sympathies to each and every one of them and to you. We hold them up as true American Heroes. Too bad you can't do that same.
This will be my last post on this woman and her absolute unAmerican behaviors. She is fading in the eyes of everyone and unfortunately for her this attention will be gone and all those in the media who are adding kindling to this fire and the leftover 60's crowd will all be gone looking for another cause and poor Cindy will be back to square one.
I honor her son and pray for him too and I end my comments with this post. God bless our troops, our Preisident and our Country.
Does she really think that getting an answer to a question is going to stop the "meaningless" deaths? Isn't that just a bit odd? Does she believe that when confronted with the great and powerful Cindy, the President will change the policy of the United States?
Of course not. She knew she couldn't get a meeting with the President. The Media knows it as well, and understands why. The Media would ignore any other nutcase "protesting" to meet the President.
I lovethe comment that says "Good work Cindy, your like the daughter I never had"
