LONDON (Reuters) - Britain on Wednesday unveiled the criteria it will use to bar foreigners it believes inspire terrorism as part of a broad crackdown on Islamist preachers after last month's bombings in London.
Interior Minister Charles Clarke published a list of "unacceptable behaviors" which would prompt deportation or a ban on entry.

Isn't inciting people to do terrorists acts already a crime? I can't believe we (and England) don't have something on the books about this.
Curious as to why they should single out "preachers" for "hate speech". It would seem to me they should desire to deport all speakers supporting terrorism. I know some would say they're going after these Muslim religious leaders but what about a fundamentalist minister who preaches homosexuality is a sin? Will this be branded the next form of "hate speech"?
