Thompson, Wasn't he the one who just got "chipped". Too Orwellian for me. If we are digging up ex-governors from blue states I'll go with Engler.

Well, he's not necessarily my choice, but he qualifies as conservative and has expressed interest, so I listed him. I agree, I would rather have Engler of the two.
