have you ever seen the work illegals do? its usually not as good.
but i agree. cheapest method would be to have the gov't pick up a bunch of day workers, put them to building a wall have them work from the mexico side, then stand patrol right there and tell them they can't enter the country at the end of the day.

I heard Congressman King on KFAB radio in Omaha. I wish he was Nebraska's Senator instead of Hagel.
