Apparently Part 2 will also discuss the still unresolved anthrax attacks. This is the second hour of Part 2 (or Hour 4 of the entire documentary) and thus will be on 10-11 ET.
The main source material for the anthrax part is an article in Science magazine titled "Anthrax Powder - State of the Art?". This article severely criticizes the FBI and accuses them of ignoring military labs analysis of the powder. Thus there could be an imminent threat of weaponized anthrax today and the FBI are still asleep.

They seemed to just want to settle on Hatfill. Kind of like tagging Richard Jewel for the Olympic Park bombing. Are they lazy? What is the deal with the FBI?
