because the Islamic group's objective is to protect its reputation
I thought CAIR's objective was to make Islam the dominant religion in America.

If only CAIR would expend on condemning extremism within Islam just one hundredth of the energy it expends on trying to deny the First Amendment rights of others...

And this may be the main reason Michael Graham was fired from WMAL630 AM in Washington, DC.

Hope ACAIR can get good pro-bono help. I would love to see CAIR lose this lawsuit and end up with egg all over their faces.

Oh this should be good. I was hoping they'd be stupid enough to push this into court.
The public revelations about CAIR might finally be their undoing.

So...does this mean that the defendant will have the right of discovery? A chance to request CAIR to reveal all its deeply hidden information? Hmmm...could be interesting indeed.

The legal proceedings, Pipes noted in a FrontPage Magazine column, open CAIR to the discovery process. Sounds like a good idea to me. I would contribute to a defense fund.

CAIR is an "organization founded by Hamas supporters which seeks to overthrow Constitutional government in the United States and replace it with an Islamist theocracy using our own Constitution as protection." Using the ACLU model for it's approach.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations has filed a $1.35 million lawsuit against the founder of a website that accuses the controversial lobby group of supporting terrorism. Idiots. They've now opened themselves up to discovery. They would have been much smarter to just whine in the media (who loves them) and threaten legal action.

CAIR is using US laws and intimidation to shut down any criticism of it. Imagine how the Nazi Party in 1942 or the Communist Party in 1950 would have fared with a stunt like this?
Unfortunately, these days our enemies have the ACLU, the MSM, oodles of money, the Liberals and plenty of judges in their pocket. And they are attacking a nearly penniless retired navy veteran with battlions of lawyers.
It's getting to the point we can forget about lawyers. What we will need are plenty of boxes of good stout ropes.
