Don't be a hand-wringer, then. Be creative. Take a couple trumpet lessons, then go stand outside his place and play a fanfare. Get some friends involved.
Well, I live in Texas and he lives in Florida. By the time I rent the trumpet--guess I could use my French Horn, couldn't I?--round up the friends, buy the airplane ticket, drive from Orlando to Cocoa, and get everyone organized, it would be time for him to go BACK out to sea! LOL! Guess I'm just stuck with waiting him out! Pooh!
