Bomb Threat in Crawford
Powerline ^
Posted on 08/21/2005 2:05:39 PM PDT by Republican Red
Our correspondent Gene Allen reports that just a few minutes ago, an unidentified man telephoned the Yellow Rose Gift Shop in Crawford, Texas and said, "Your shop is going up in smoke, you better get out now." Law enforcement is on the scene.
Gene describes the Yellow Rose as "a pro-Bush gift shop with a Ten Commandments monument out front. It is located across the street from the Coffee Station, down the street from the Crawford Peace House."
I don't suppose any of those peace-loving folks would have anything to do with a bomb threat.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out the Cindy ditch dance attracted an Al Qaeda cell or two. Someone better watch these people, seriously.

Someone better watch these people, seriously.I agree, there's no way I want them as close to the President as they are. NO way... and I have a bad feeling about this bunch too.

IMHO, they just don't fully appreciate or realize how thoroughly devastating and annihilating to their cause it would be if they ever sparked a real lash back. Hell, even without lash-back this whole circus is dangerous to the left's credibility,
the woman is just going bonkers all over the place. I guess the issue
is just too shiny and appealing for them to let it go.
Nuclear war in Iraq, indeed.

Anyone who thinks Hanoi Kerry and Hanoi Jane
aren't behind the anti war crowd
needs to get a clue.
To: humblegunner
Exactly...she's is way out there over the edge. Nuclear war in Iraq, Bush murdered her son, Rice and Rumsfeld are as bad or worse than Hitler or Stalin...etc., etc.
Trouble is, moveon.org, Code Pink, and the other organizations she is running with all push the same whacked out theories in an effort to get the American people to not only differ on the war, but oppose it angrily. They are, IMHO, knowingly doing the work of our enemies...the very people who killed her hero son, Casey.
They need to be exposed as such and treated accordingly IMHO.

After the live grenade incident I would think the Secret Service would step it up a notch or two. We don't need other Reagan incident.

I just visited the link provided.
I know I would enjoy it a lot.
It looks like a Cracker Barrel.
I love eating, and shopping, there.
Wish we had one out here.

For any who were not alive or old enough to remember what those times were about....find some newspapers or footage of the 1968 democrat convention in Chicago. One day the peacenics were putting flowers in a policeman's horse saddle...the next day they were yelling "kill the pigs" in full attack on those same police.

One day the peacenics were putting flowers in a policeman's horse saddle...the next day they were yelling "kill the pigs" in full attack Seriously that was always a strange set of ideals, even though I was 13 in 1968 it struck me as beyond strange that the jerks who were labeled as "peaceniks" were spewing death and destruction. Some things never change.

Given their support for Islam and the Palestinians, I think "anti-war" and "pro-terrorism" go hand in hand.
