HE's A TRIAL LAWYER, what do you expect????? He's a former ACLU lawyer. That's all that needs to be said. Hopefully the Utah Republican party will get a decent candidate in the next election for mayor of SLC.

Pignenelli (sp?) would've been better and if conservatives, IMO were thinking, they should've turned out and knocked out Rocky last election...
Then again, it may be easier to remove a whack job than a run of the mill dem. Either way, the party better do a better job than last election's fiasco.
