To: Crackingham

I must have missed something. Utah is one of the most conservative states in the country. How in heck did it end up with a liberal mayor for its largest city? For a start, I would expect to see Mormons outside city hall, protesting his election.

I live near Pocatello, ID about 150 miles north of SLC. There are lots of Mormons here too but guess what? They are the least politically active group I have ever encountered and I don't understand that one bit!

Idaho is even more Republican than Utah but a demoncrat mayor and city council run Poky and they are mostly all Mormon. Worse yet, they behave like typical demoncrats!

The Church elders better tell the faithful to get off their hineys and do some serious politicking or they are going to find themselves overrun by the types of people nobody in their right mind wants to live around.

Don't forget that Senator Harry Reed is Mormon as well. The truth is we have our share of loons as well.
