Last Saturday, the prime minister's office issued Martin's assurances of his appointee's unfailing loyalty. However, in a public statement issued Wednesday and intended to clear her name, Her Excellency-to-be denied none of the evidence against her, leaving no doubt whatever where her sympathies once lay. . All she did was read the statement that was provided to her by the PMOs office. It's obvious that the same speech writer wrote the statement from Paul Martin. Both gave little if any information and left the door open for more questions. The entire position still being in place in a so called free country is ludicrous in the first place appointing another CBC bimbo is just another slap in the face.
