Refusing to check out the timeline that led to this ongoing Sino-Soviet exercise reveals intellectual laziness on your part.
My point about this strengthened cooperation having its roots in Clinton's Presidency, is supportable by fact.
It would be easy to share my research and lay this out for you, but again I challenge you to do your own homework and then get back to me on "weak arguments".
Hint- start in 1992.
Hmm...perhaps I wasn't clear.
I'm well aware that the first bi-lateral aggreements between these two countries pre-date Clinton, and began with the old Soviet Union. Their principle raison d'etre today is to maintain military sales to Russian defense companies, which seems to be their only thriving industry, next to mail-order brides.
My point is, again, that the present administration has been in the saddle for five years, and their only action to counter this growing threat is to publically pout and privately make certain the suits who finance their election campaigns continue to profit from Chinese slave labor.
