Yep!!! Most Certainly is a badge for Woodbadge. The official symbol is the Beads and a very special Tan neckerchief with a swatch bar of the McClarin Clan Tartan on it. The requirements and the last two symbols are the same around the world for adult scouters.

Yep that is the symbol for WoodBadge Training. It's found on the covers of all the training material. It does sho the McClarin Clan Tartan though which represents those who earn WoodBadge. The only difference in another part of the world would be the replacement of the BSA emblem with that nations Scou emblem and the words in that nations language.
