So you are saying you would also pray for the devil?

So you are saying you would also pray for the devil?

Satan is not human, we weren't asked to love him. We were asked to love our fellow humans and pray for their salvation, even despicable enemies. It's hard to do, but the one who took the punishment for our own sins asked us to pray for other sinners also, even the worst ones. Considering what we were given, its not that much to ask really.

Osama bin Laden is one of the worst humans to walk the face of the earth. But according to my understanding, Jesus would willingly take the punishment due Osama if Osama ever bothered to knock at the door. Do you criticize him for that? It's the same thing you criticize me for only on a divine scale with bodily injury and undeserved death involved (whereas I am only asked to pray a little).

Christianity makes sense to me and I don't feel like altering it to a hateful religion, or ignoring it, for Osama. Satan will be just as happy with my hate for Osama as he is with Osama's hate of me. Satan has used Osama to create a lot of hate, vidictiveness, and vengefulness amongst good people. In me too even though I know the deal and am trying to avoid it. Pray for justice instead and try to avoid letting Osama spread the hate and vengefulness to you because that's what Osama is being used for. If justice is served, Osama will have a plate full.
