I can't really stomach reading this thread, and I doubt anyone will actually read this reply (this is the kind of thread where many post, few read), but just for the record I have to say that anybody who is making light of this should crawl into a cave and die. Strokes are serious business, even minor ones, and the Lord says to love your enemies. Love, not spite. If there are any of you who simply can't put politics aside and wish a sick man well, consider this: should Reid become incapacitated, just who do you think would take his place as Democratic leader? I don't like Reid, I don't like his politics, I certainly would never vote for him, but he's far from the worst Senate Democrat. Do you want to see Minority Leader Schumer? Minority Leader Boxer? Minority Leader Byrd? Minority Leader Clinton?
