EMINEM has bowed out of public life completely-after suddenly cancelling a string of UK tour dates.
The hip-hop star, 32, yesterday axed his European Anger Management Tour, claiming "exhaustion."

Bummer. Mathers is a brilliant satirist, and a talented performer.
(No, that was not sarcasm.)

I always liked "Ice Ice Baby" very catchy tune...he did a good job, especially considering it was done outside, not in a studio. There was a man dancing on there too....and Brian Kilme was, as usual, very funny, saying how the dancer was a pro or something....

Wanna bet he's on tour again in a couple of months?
I don't take these retirement things seriously. "Retirement" seldom lasts too long with these types.
To: WestVirginiaRebel
Nah. This guy will never get out of the spotlight.

He's not going anywhere. Eminem is involved in production of up-and-coming talent (though some might argue with the term) and will be active behind the scenes, possibly making more money than ever. I rent office space right down the hall from a recording studio and he has already been on site to record a segment on someone else's CD.

AIDS? That's the usual rumor following something like this.
My bet is on just not wanting to perform in the UK, because he doesn't feel like it. Some spoiled "artistes" do that. Many of them though learn their lesson when the promoters and the like file suit to recoup their losses.
To: Larry Lucido
Yep, he's said that's exactly what he is going to do. Personally, I like him. Too bad for all the panty waists around here that don't like that, either.

For a white boy from the Detroit area, he made inroads into rap music no other white performer had or is ever likely to. I hate his lyrics but not the style for which they were deliver. Rap is devoid any kind of musical excellence it borrows and doesn't create. However, Mathers brought a foul kind of poetry to rap music. He used the English language in ways I never thought possible. You can hate the man and the message as I do, but to compare him to that clown Vanilla Ice is absurd.
