MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) A woman faces two counts of kidnapping after allegedly paying two boys for a lawn job with a fake $50 bill, then holding them hostage when they caught on.
Martinsburg Patrolman E.C. Neely said Wednesday the victims were two slightly built boys, ages 12 and 13, who told investigators they were terrorized by Clinton. She allegedly screamed at them, threatened physical violence and exhibited bizarre behavior that included publicly urinating on a fence.

Why isn't this woman in Crawford?
To: MassRepublicanFlyersFan
Oddly worded headline.
I thought the article might have been about lawn gnomes.

You know you're a redneck when you and your dog use the same fence.

This will come back to haunt her in 2008.

This woman is nuttier than an outhouse rat.
Some people push the "goofball" envelope a little further...

What? No charge of public indecency for urinating on the fence?

publicly urinating on a fence
As a female that would have been a difficult thing to do IMO! : )

Tracy Lynn Clinton, 39, remained in the Eastern Regional Jail on Wednesday, where she has been held on $12,500 bail since her arrest Monday. Police say she has no known address.?????

The first thought I had when I read the headline was a story a college roomate told. When he was in high school, in the mid-seventies, he lived in a racially mixed neighborhood in Lima, OH. One of his neighbors had a "colored" lawn jockey and, as a prank, he and his best friend put a pillow cover with the "eyes" cut out over the jockey. Upon discovering the KKK clad statue, the neighbors removed it immediately. One can only think what was going through their minds!
