It is possible that Hillary! Clinton's fingerprints are on all three Jamie Gorelick appointments -- Deputy AG, Board Member of Fanny Mae, then 9/11 Commissioner. Gorelick screwed up big time in all three assignments.

It depends on your point of view. If you are on the Clinton side of the fence, she once again did a fantastic job. The 9/11 report came out and YOU are just now finding out that the odor is beyond belief.

Did you think, as Clinton said, that Sandy Berger is "just disorganized" as he stuffed TOP SECRET + documents into his underwear, or that something just a little bit out of the ordinary was going on?

It has been documented by WORLDNETDAILY that Gorelick was involved with OKC and TWA 800. When you hear conspiracy theory think THEY ARE COVERING FOR THE PRESIDENT.

WHAT makes a conspiracy event? The government investigation concludes X but the witnesses saw Y.

X does NOT equal Y. It's no more complicated than that.

Yep, sounds plausible, though am I wrong in assuming, that who appointed whom, most pointedly, who appointed Gorelick to the 9/11 Commission, wouldn't be public record?

This is the Official 'How" they did it.

SEC. 603. <> COMPOSITION OF COMMISSION.

(a) Members.--The Commission shall be composed of 10 members, of
whom--
(1) 1 member shall be appointed by the President, who shall
serve as chairman of the Commission;
(2) 1 member shall be appointed by the leader of the Senate
(majority or minority leader, as the case may be) of the
Democratic Party, in consultation with the leader of the House
of Representatives (majority or minority leader, as the

[[Page 116 STAT. 2409]]

case may be) of the Democratic Party, who shall serve as vice
chairman of the Commission;
(3) 2 members shall be appointed by the senior member of the
Senate leadership of the Democratic Party;
(4) 2 members shall be appointed by the senior member of the
leadership of the House of Representatives of the Republican
Party;
(5) 2 members shall be appointed by the senior member of the
Senate leadership of the Republican Party; and
(6) 2 members shall be appointed by the senior member of the
leadership of the House of Representatives of the Democratic
Party.

(including aviation matters), and foreign affairs.
(4) Deadline for appointment.--All members of the Commission
shall be appointed on or before December 15, 2002.
