The Jerusalem Post does not hesitate to use the words "Jewish terrorism" (though it may not be appropriate here because the facts are not yet clear), but for western European papers and those in the US, it is not PC to use the term for Palestinian or other middle-eastern terrorists who routinely target Jewish and other civilians in the Middle-east and elsewhere.

That has as much to do with the victims as it does the terrorists. Even BBC referred to the London bombers as terrorists, briefly.
