success with both. took apart both, wiggled a few things & sprayed with WD 40 & put back together & they work. Really lucked out this time.
Yes, you can ship them for warranty repair. Pain in the butt.

LOL. YOu're a trip Dolly. Sounds like me under the sink the other night, trying to fix the drain. Found out today that is was broken in two. Finally got it fixed.
