Sounds like prisons are becoming the recruitment centers for muslims.

And they have been for years. IIRC, that was where "Jose Padilla" was recruited.

It's believed Jose Padilla was recruited in prison. On the other hand, Gilbert Colon, presently wanted on an outstanding warrant for involvement in Clinton's campaign finance scandal lived directly across the street from the location where Imir Kansi used to repair taxicab brakes for his Islamofascist/AlQaida friends.

I'd guess there's another, "outside the prison" recruiting system in place for finding Puerto Rican terrorist candidates.

Wouldn't look much further than the DNC that employed Gilbert.
