Ok folks - asking for your prayers for a fellow-coworker's mother. Z's mother, Francis, was admitted to the hospital over the weekend as a result of a severe asthma attack. She was taken off the respirator yesterday, and Z just got a call from the hospital that they've put her back on the respirator. Please - keep Z and her mother both in your prayers.

I won't mind if you put me on the prayer ping list. In the meantime, I do have a prayer request for my family.
Today my mom was admitted to the hospital - they have found a "large mass" (doctor's exact words) in her lungs so they are going to do a broncoscopy tomorrow (Aug 18) I believe. In the meantime, she has been the caretaker for my dad who had a stroke 4 years ago, leaving him brain damaged and he has a multitude of health problems (too numerous to name). I have so many decisions to make in the upcoming days and have to find a place for him right now so he is safe and cared for. He is very belligerent to me. I am all on my own in this since I have no help from siblings (one is out of town and one just won't help or contribute any physical or any support at all).
I'm feeling really low at this point but I trust in my Heavenly Father to guide me. Anyway, prayers are sincerely coveted.

Dead Father in Heaven, Help Paved Paradise in her hour of need. Be with her and guide her and give her strength to do what is neccessary. Let her feel your arms around her and give her peace. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
Paved, I have been through this with my parents, too, and I know how alone you must feel.
You are NOT alone. Our Heavenly Father is with you always. Ask for His guidance, and do what you think is right after your prayers.
