Hi Amy! Is you know who back in school yet? We all just fell in love with her. My hubby especially fell in love with her. LOL. Don't tell why yet.
Yes, OESY, great people. Wish you had been there too.
Hi countrydummy! Welcome to our thread. Be sure to come back tomorrow when we continue on with the West Virginia leg of our journey. I have some nice photos of beautiful West Virginia roads taken on our side trip to Beckley, the New River Gorge and the area around Williamson.
I would have liked to meet some freepers other than the DC Chapter.
Hi tulip. Hope you enjoy helping us relive the adventure.
Re: Country Roads. Shhhhhhh. That's for tomorrow. Please repost tomorrow. (Please do not adjust your sets. Tecnical difficulties)
Can't fool the boss lady.
I can tell your work when I see it too. Your classic style has "Billie" written all over it....even when it doesn't have your name on it. ;-)
Hello Aqua. Didn't MB do a great job? Love the pictures. I had not seen them before.
Hi lady. You should have yelled out the window and waved when you passed through. Good to see you here.
Thanks, Kitty. You always have such sweet things to say. Glad you enjoyed it. Stay tuned for part two tomorrow, with more photos of that beautiful lady standing next to the flag. :-)
My goodness Pippin! I thought you did know about the meeting. We talked about it for weeks. You must be spending too much time at the Daily Dose. LOL. We would love to have had you come and meet with us.
Well of course they enjoy it! What's not to enjoy? Seeing all those pretty/handsome faces and matching them with Freeper names. Hummmmmmmm, guess we're not annonymous any more. Thank you for all your hard work (and computer salvage)on all of this MB. I know it wasn't easy.
Peggy Noonan had a column about WV? Where can I find that?
Too Much time at the DOSE!
BTW, I'm posting the thread tonight :o)
Oh...wonderful!!! Maybe, perchance, hopefully......someday we might see you at our Fresno picnic (which, BTW, is ALWAYS held on the second Saturday in September)???
I will keep my fingers crossed for "maybe someday". :-)
Good morning, WVN!
Marissa started school yesterday and she is (she thinks) now an adult!! I can walk her to to her class but dont go in, okay?
"Gramma, if you ride the bus with me, you don't have to sit with me."
She cannot ride the bus until tomorrow. I expected them to bring her home yesterday and the bus just zipped right past our house. Hubby jumped in the car and headed for the next scheduled stop. I think the bus driver saw him coming because she sure stayed there a long time. She said she didn't have instructions where to drop her off. (I stopped by the office yesterday morning and gave them instructions, etc. ) Man-oh-man .... they want to give me a heart attack. Driver said they would have taken her back to school and the school would have called me.
I will be gone for awhile today; I have a dr appt ... one of those mammo things. Ouch!!!
You know who is ready for another trip. I think she is getting into this flying stuff.
I couldn't get that one to play MB. Maybe we can find another for tomorrow. We're getting ahead of ourselves anyway.
LOL. Hey girl! I love all those pictures of your beautiful self. Looks like you had as much fun as I did, except I got to enjoy the girls for a longer time and I got a new family out of the deal. Scubabchick and Babychick are now part of Grampy and Grammy's family.
Hey Sheila! It's been a long time. I'm so glad you dropped by to say hello. Wish you had joined us for the fun. Next time plan on it.
Looking forward to it!
