Like it or not, the dispute between Cindy Sheehan and some of her family members is news. According to a Solano County court document unearthed by Dang if I Know, there may be a new development in that rift:
It was already known they had seperated.
However, it's also been widely reported he (at least initially) supported her protests.
She does however, have 3 other children who are most likely in college with perhaps the youngest in HS. So one has to wonder why doesn't she spend more time taking care of the living and let the dead rest in peace.
I wondered about that. But since I couldn't find any references to it just now, I figured I'd post this.
She's nutz, absolutely crazy, but still your average liberal.
Explains her declaration of not paying her 2004 taxes...she isnstead is going to dump them on Patrick...
Surviving Sheehan children: Daughters 19 and 24. Son is 21.
Boy, if only the rest of the nation could. From her, I mean, of course.
Dan
Ah, thanks. :)
Caution, might be a setup from our trickster friends on the left.
Cindy declared in her own blog that her husband filed for divorce.
Now I think she's just a ghoul feeding of the corpse of her own son.
As a protest she told her husband she would only have sex in a body bag.
What's a guy to do?
"Rest of family already issued statement disowning her."
Well, they didn't exactly "disown" her and it wasn't exactly the "rest of the family." Other than that, you got it right.
Close enough for government work.
:~)
She's menopausal. You can almost see the hormone imbalance.
Where is her blog?
While it certainly appears that mom in this case has gone off the deep end, let me tell you from personal experience that if you haven't lost a child, you have absolutely NO idea what a strain it puts on a marriage and on your whole life. Trying to deal with the loss of a child can absolutely consume and blind you. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if there are marriages that have broken up because a parent of a dead solider ignored family and spent all of his or her time working to support the troops, the war, or the president.
If you think I have a little more sympathy for this woman than many other Freepers, you're right. I don't agree with her antics. I think she should pack up and go home and love her remaining children. But I also think I understand a little.
I never saw pissing on your brave sons memory and brave service to carry Michael Moores water as activism!
I would too, but it seems to be the standard nomenclature for this court. Here is a "domestice violence without kids" docket item from the same court.
