I do love Texas BBQ - but there are times I really crave a good NC BBQ sandwich w/slaw!

BTW...whenever I am home in Texas...I "fill up" on BBQ. We do not have the good stuff up here in Idaho either.

You do have a good pizza place in Charlotte. If I remember correctly, it was on the 2nd story of a strip mall across from a bowling alley and sounded like one of the Mario Brothers. Of course, that was at least 10 years ago.
