It wasn't Fayetteville, but the faces were the same, the names were the same. The biggest difference is that Texans on the right side still have a daunting task in the days to come. This problem is not going away until President Bush goes away or Sheehan gets the runs or something.

May God Bless American and may God Bless Texas!

This is so encouraging. I'm smiling - a big ole happy face.

And I, an old hippie, say peace, too, with my gnarled arthritic fingers.

I'm from Utah, but this seeing things like this makes me want to be a Texan. I love it! God Bless the troops, our fine President and God Bless Texas!

Sorry for the double post, I guess sub-consciously I had to say it again.

God bless America, president Bush and our wonderful military.

My hubby and two of our children were born in Austin.

I told my husband on the way home that I think Texans shows the most pride for their state. Old Glory and the Lone Star flags are everywhere.

Here in La. you don't see that many Louisiana flags. But ya can't say that about Texas.

I see the standard phrase...'no blood for oil' but, I don't see any American flags. That says all that needs to be said about the left in this country.

I think the lack of flags on the "other side" was the most glaring thing to me... they say they are "for" our country - but they certainly do not show it..

It was so VERY nice meeting y'all! Both of you came from so far to join us. We truly appreciate your contributions to our rally!

Did you drive to Crawford?

TaxRelief, it was icing on the cake to meet you Saturday. Your coming all the way from North Carolina to join our rally was most generous of you, and we really appreciated it!

Thanks for these excellent photos. This is the first I have seen of the mess around the hippies' hangout. I'm happy we decided not to go down there--I loathe traffic snarls!

Hopefully, these representatives of the great unwashed hordes will load up and move out soon, leaving the good townfolk of Crawford to go about their daily lives unmolested.

Yes we did.

I have a wonderful husband who saw how much I wanted to be there...and he made it happen for me. :-)
