It wasn't Fayetteville, but the faces were the same, the names were the same. The biggest difference is that Texans on the right side still have a daunting task in the days to come. This problem is not going away until President Bush goes away or Sheehan gets the runs or something.
May God Bless American and may God Bless Texas!

Great pictures and accounts! Thanks.

This is so encouraging. I'm smiling - a big ole happy face.
And I, an old hippie, say peace, too, with my gnarled arthritic fingers.

I'm from Utah, but this seeing things like this makes me want to be a Texan. I love it! God Bless the troops, our fine President and God Bless Texas!

God bless America, president Bush and our wonderful military.
My hubby and two of our children were born in Austin.
I told my husband on the way home that I think Texans shows the most pride for their state. Old Glory and the Lone Star flags are everywhere.
Here in La. you don't see that many Louisiana flags. But ya can't say that about Texas.

I see the standard phrase...'no blood for oil' but, I don't see any American flags. That says all that needs to be said about the left in this country.

Funny. I didn't see anything about this in the N&O.

To those who aren't familiar with Freeping, once all of the protests are over it's easy to tell which side was where. Where our people were, all the trash is picked up and we try to leave the area just as clean or more clean than we found it. Leftist protest areas resemble a city dump or worse after they leave.

Thanks for all the efforts of those involved and thanks for the pictures and reports.

Thanks for your report and EXCELLENT shots, TR. You must have read my mind when I was wishing for some long distance shots! The shot of the congested road spoke volumes. I'm sure the residents are fit to be tied with those losers squatting in their serene country!
And those signs you captured were perfect as well.

Thanks for the fantastic report and photos of the Crawford rally. You did a great job reporting and I loved seeing the "NO TEAR GAS NECESSARY . . . WE'RE CONSERVATIVES" sign -- it's been a long time since we first used that sign in DC.
Take care and thanks for being there!
