All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
War! - huh- yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Uh-huh
War! huh yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Say it again yall
War! huh good God
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Listen to me
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Yes, how many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky ?
Yes, how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry ?
Yes, how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died ?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone?
Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Hello Tuliptree. How are you this evening?
I'm doing fine. How about you?
Wasn't even trying, or paying attention, thanks! I've got other tabs open for posting for the Traditional Anglican ping list....
Busier than a one-armed paperhanger... on crutches...
Yes, it has! And shame on you! We're ready to go to Mars (by way of the Moon) and we really need you...and whatever skills you have to offer...
(And it's "'Face" if you don't mind...)
Jeez! I can't even remember when you were here last! Can you give me some help on that?
Doing well here as well. Thank you for asking. I've lost track of the number of "Dead Threads" we've trough :D
"...Busier than a one-armed paperhanger... on crutches..."
That's not exactly how I heard it, but it will do...;o]
Not too bad - expecting some of the Gulf storms to cross the Atlantic - they actually do, though not as bad - category 2 is maybe the worst we get!!
That your plane? You could beat the Irish Army Air Corps!
That's a good thing for the Dutch. I'd hate to think of a Cat 5 hitting the Netherlads. Not pretty.
Think of all the wet dykes! (sorry)
the patches (yes, plural - I decided to make it symmetric for cosmetic reasons) work. the bow is fully functional at a draw weight of about 25lbs.
as a side note: what is it with women??? even rational women get wierd when they see something that is artfully made and pleasing to the eye - they think it cannot/shouldn't become a functional weapon.
even my momma, bless her soul, gets the vapors in this manner. she saw this bow this evening and urged me to "mount it, as if it were floating... don't string it... don't make it a weapon..."
IT WAS MADE A WEAPON THE INSTANT MY MIND TURNED TO IT AND MY HANDS PICKED IOT UP, WOMAN!!!
I mean... DAYYYYYUM!
SciFi Nite - later.
"Think of all the wet dykes!"
Soda spewed everywhere...
Next, try making a Japanese matchlock and see what she does...
Yah never know, Brian...a steamboat may come in handy...or at the least, a hybrid...one never knows what may be utilized in a new environment....
(You can FReepmail me all the new piccies of steamboats that come across your bow...history is great, and I don't care where it comes from...)
;-) Should have seen that one coming...
Sorry lads, had to tell that one...
"...IT WAS MADE A WEAPON THE INSTANT MY MIND TURNED TO IT AND MY HANDS PICKED IOT UP, WOMAN!!!..."
Works for me, KP!! No argument here!
