All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

War! - huh- yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Uh-huh
War! – huh – yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Say it again y’all
War! – huh – good God
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Listen to me…

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

Yes, how many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky ?
Yes, how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry ?
Yes, how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died ?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

Where have all the young men gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone?
Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

True, true.
But the history from even further back he ignored as well.
And he seems to be 'gone'.

Hey, neighbor!

Welcome to the fourth incarnation of the Undead Thread.

We're glad you stopped wandering and decided to step in.

(Maybe next time you'll look more closely before you step in it!)

get a scrip for Trazodone, 50mg up to 150mg
cheap, non-addictive, highly effective for those of us who generally do not take any form of drugs at all.

I prefer to try to sleep without medications, even if that means only a couple of hours at night. I will take decongestants that knock me out when I'm sick and can't breathe, but that's about it. Meds that make me sleep stay in my system and make me drowsy all day.

Actually, my hair is growing quickly. It's down to my shoulders now.

everyone has different reactions to different things.

50mg trazodone knocks me out for 6hours of lovely sleep, and then I'm fine.

the normal dose of pseudoephedrine gives me tachycardia and muscle twitches and keeps me awake all night (so I can't take sinus decongestants at night)

Pseudoephedrine knocks me out for about 6 hours, but it takes me a while to wake up fully.

LOL! I still haven't figured out what a "hot toddy" is.

If my mind would just shut down and stop worrying about things, I could probably get some sleep.

IIRC, a "hot toddy" is hot lemonade spiked with booze.
