Oh you know it!
It is SO easy to send stuff to our troops. And it does not cost that much either. I know the stuff I send Old Sarge is not just for him. What I send gets shared out to a lot of men and women over there.
I also write on the boxes I send because I know other service people see the message. "We support our troops", "Far away, but not forgotten". I also pack small US flags in the boxes.
As for here, send lunch to your local recruiter. Thank a Vet. It only takes a few minutes to do any of this and you and I know it makes a BIG difference in the life of a service person.
