From day one the Holloway case just stuck in my craw. I refused to watch it on the news and avoided conversations about it. Yes, it is tragic, but it was of her own choice and free will that she went to the island. SPC Maupin did not have that choice, he was following the orders of his commander-in-chief in a war that is going to prove to be a turning point in world history. The MSM has avoided him like a hot potato and I think it is because he is the boy next door who would arouse sympathy for him and thus support for the war effort.

Just my little rant for the morning (no coffee yet).

I applaud your point of view. I was thrilled when the news came to cable. Yet, it slowly has become an Oprah wanna be. There are no hard hitting journalists. They just come on with talking points and avoid questions. It is disturbing.

I have no doubt the Holloway mom as only the welfare of her daughter at heart, but, the 24/7 coverage of this story is just over the top. When breaking news came in about the "Bonnie and Clyde" team, Greta was again yacking about Holloway and both CNN and MSNBC beat them to the breaking news.

It is not news and frankly I do not know what to call it.

But, someone could talk with Maupin's platoon buddies, get a hummer, retrace the steps of that day. Offer what ever reward can be offered, not sure if that would be allowed but we have done nothing and frankly neither has the military when it comes to this MIA soldier.

Thanks for the comment friend, enjoy that first cup of coffee.

Ya have to know that in a MSM "Rich Party Girl vs Patriot" who'll lose in the presstitute propaganda process. Personally I belive the Party Girl was shark sh*t on day three after reported missing and SPC Maupin is dead. His jailers were wannabes and he was a well trained professional soldier, he'd have escaped or died trying by now IMHO.

Stay Safe and post more often before ya have that coffee......:o)
