Another innocent FReeper pulled over by the self-appointed Post Police.
It is hard for me to imagine what life must be like for Republicans in the top 33 liberal cities. Madison sucks.
Thats why I prefer to call them "under control of the NAALCP" as opposed to "Black controlled". Most blacks would be considered conservative if it wasn't for the NAALCP telling them to vote dimorat.
Provo is the home of my alma mater, Brigham Young University.
95- - Salt Lake City, Utah
Most of the Democrats in Utah live in Salt Lake City, home of the University of Utah.

Austin #93???
No way. Should be in the top 20
BUMP what the lady says!
For that matter, my vote would be to switch Inglewood CA (6) with Long Beach (70)...having lived in or near both.
Hell, the Pioneer Valley could bump Ithaca, Yellow Springs, Berkeley and Madison.
I worked in Amherst from 1988-1991. No wonder I drank.
34th
I didn't see Santa Cruz; now there is a festering smelly pile...
I think you might agree there is a Bermuda Triangle of psychosis - - Santa Rosa, Monterey, Sacramento and anything in between them.
Look at the map, draw it out, the area is infested...
We don't have partisan municipal elections here, though for all intents and purposes, every white member of the City Council is a Republican, every black member a Democrat, and no one knows what the hell the Mayor is.
I went to UMASS and remember North Hampton very well. It's freak central there. A pizza joint in Amherst had a framed National Enquirer front page up on their wall, The headline was about North Hampton. It was titled "Strange town where men aren't wanted".
I can't imagine Birmingham, Alabama being more liberal than New York City or Boston, but I've never lived in Birmingham. I can tell you this: Providence is a hell of a lot less liberal than Boston, and was ramked as more liberal.
Providence is distressingly Democrat, not so much that it doesn't have a republican mayor and votes for a RINO Senator, though.
Providence County voted 36% for Bush. Jefferson county, dominated by Birmingham, voted 54% for Bush. Suffolk County (almost coterminous with Boston) voted only 23% for Bush, and DC only 9% for Bush. Kings County (Brooklyn) was 24% for Bush; Queens 27%, Richmond (Staten Island, NY) 56%
The County of St. Louis excludes the city of St. Louis. It is very confusing I admit. Typically, a city is within the county of the same name. Another is Baltimore County, which also excludes the city.
The list seems to be towns with over 100,000 population. Is that correct?
LOL! And Walnut Creek is probably the most conservative part of the Bay Area, for whatever that's worth.
So how's that liberalism coming along in Detroit? Solving that crime problem? A lot of people moving off of welfare and into jobs? I'll bet the schools are world class. Got any gun problems there in Detroit, do ya?
bump
What about Davis, California, home of UC Davis, not far from Berkley and SF?
