"Sandy Berger's Sentencing Postponed" Going easy on him, or waiting for the other shoe to drop?

Asked why Berger wasn't sentenced as scheduled on Friday, July 8, a Justice Department spokesman told NewsMax on Tuesday that Berger's sentencing has been postponed till September.
The spokesman declined to offer an explanation for the delay.
Repeated calls asking about the postponement to Berger's lawyer, Washington, D.C., attorney Lanny Breuer, went unreturned.
Federal District Court's U.S. Magistrate Deborah Robinson, who is presiding over the Berger case, also did not return a call inquiring about its disposition.
After Justice Department prosecutor Noel Hillman allowed Berger to plead guilty to a misdemeanor, he requested what some consider an extraordinarily light sentence given the gravity of the crime - a $10,000 fine, a three-year suspension of Berger's security clearance and no jail time.
The recommendation for leniency was in stark contrast with the comments of Deputy Attorney General James Comey, who suggested after the document theft story broke that Berger could be headed to jail.

I know cameras aren't allowed in the document room (or SCIF facility), I was meaning the going and coming of Sandy Burgler certainly must have been monitored and even if the folks were off having coffee there must be pictures of the bulge in the guys pants!! Some TS require two man procedures - something is definitely not right with the whole Sandy Burgler thing. I understand he pleaded down was the reason for parole and only $10K fine. This needs to be re-opened in light of the current disclosures.

Burger should have been prosecucuter for multiple felonies, lost his clearance forever, his passport as a security risk, disbarred, and never again seen daylight, only recieving newspapers so he could see both Hillary and Bill traveling around as glorified guests from one politburo to another - until his firing squad ruins his last day.

still waiting to see how Richard Clarke fits into this...Oh, yeah.... Richard Clarke. Haven't seen hide nor hair of him lately.... And along the same line, whatever happened to the noisy ruckus about that other goofball with the CIA wife? Something about Karl Rove? Remember that? Used to be in the papers a lot.

I thought that the judge said in July that he was reviewing the "deal" and that Berger wouldn't be finally sentenced until September. But maybe they slipped in a deal under the table in August.

The joint where all those top secret docs are stored seemed pretty lax to me, if you can just walk in there and stuff you panties with important for your eyes only documents! Unless, if he had inside help! The top guy was a Clintonista and he "retired" about the time it was being investigated.

Exactly! But he didn't. And that makes me wonder why.

Hey! I watch Law and Order.
Any lie in a plea deal is grounds for rescinding the deal.
This puke's mouth is moving. He's lying.
Who's the judge here and who appointed him?
