CRAWFORD RALLY TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS LOCATION UPDATE The Crawford Police have just notified me that our location for the Support the Troops rally has been changed.
Please congregate at the Crawford Civic Center, which is located in the 1000 block of East 4th Street.
Start time remains 12 Noon.
The new site is very near the first site we were assigned, so people going there by mistake should be able to see us and come on over.
Sorry about the last minute changes.
Could we get some rich Democrat to buy land at Camp Casey? This is a crazy idea but I will float it anyway: Wouldn't it be great if we could get a wealthy progressive to buy land along the road to Bush's pig farm so that a permanent anti-war display and camp could be erected? I have no idea who owns the land at Camp Casey but anyone will sell for a price. Since Bush spends about as much time in Crawford as he does in Washington this would allow almost full time protests to go on for the rest of his term.
Hey at least they seem to be willing to actually PAY for the land instead of claiming eminent domain.

Actually, the left is not getting a free ride on their anti-war, anti-American BS gatherings any more.
The only thing we have come to, is the realization that the demonstrators of the 60's and 70's and the MSM cannot control the news/debate/agenda any longer.

I just endured 30 minutes of see-b-s morning news because they teased a "sheehan vs. busload of bush supporters" story. They ran a five minute package that never once mentioned that sheehan had already me with bush and gave not a single sound bite or identifier of the busload of Bush supporters.

Typical. Some folks just don't understand that while some volunteer to pay the ultimate price, not everyone in the United States is willing to be bought, and not everyone will sell out.
