The Farce That Was the 911 Commission

I have been watching the news for the last two days and I am getting totally steamed about what the 911 Commission did and did not do.

Let me enumerated what the so-called Commission did.

• Put the very person that had most to hide on the Commission, so that she could bamboozle the rest of the Commissioners

• Started the proceedings by bashing the Bush Administration, by saying that if the Bush people had been on the ball. 911 would not have happened.

• Got two of the most ardent Bush haters to tell how they were not listened to by Condi Rice and the rest of the NSC staff, so they could sell their books.

Here are the things that the 911 Commission didn’t do

• Place the blame squarely on the shoulders of the real culprits of the atrocity of the attack.

• Censure some of their own members for the blatant bias that was prevalant throuhout the proceedings.

• Put everything into the report that was supposed be the definitive tell all narriative.

The 911 Commission had a political axe to grind from day one and this showed all through the proceedings, especially from the Democratic members of the panel. It got so bad that even the Congress had to intervene to keep the Commission on track.

Now we find out that the staff of the Commission deliberatly kept things, that were not politically correct, away from the eyes of the Commissioners, who weren’t the right people. I’ll bet that Jamie Gorelick saw every one of those files and she is the one that said to hide these files.

What files am I talking about? Why the files that proved that the Clinton Administration knew about Mohammad Atta and his fellow hijackers and did nothing to nip their plans in the bud. You can be sure that Gorelick knew that these guys were terrorists and were in this country illegally. Kind of makes one wonder what “Socks” Sandy Burglar was really up to when he stole those papers from the National Archives.

Now the excrement has really hit the fan and the political hacks that were the 911 Commission are strangly quiet. It took an act of a very couragous Congressman from Pennsylvania to raise the roof on what the Commission deliberatly omitted and was hoping that no one would find out what the hell was really going on.

As you can imagine, the Clintonistas are starting to circle the wagons around Hillary. They don’t want have someone upsetting the apple cart and bring down their best hope of regaining the White House.

Question 1
What other critical information did the commission, and Gorelick in particular, bury?

Don't know what will come out in the next few days or weeks, but there is one thing for sure, the MSM is doing their damnest to see that this story, does not see anymore daylight than it already has. It is up to all of you and me to see that it remains on the front pages and the lead story of all the news casts
