You guys are missing the important part of Clarke's statement. It is my understanding that the Able Danger group knew of the 4 hijackers, but was prohibited from telling the FBI.

They were NOT prohibited from reporting to the NSC, whose duty was to collect and distill intelligence information for President Clinton.

It seems to me that Clarke was the recipient of this information from Able Danger. And what did he do?

Nothing.

That is exactly the trail to follow here. Although he appears to have done nothing, who, if anyone, did he tell?
