The white populations of the District, Arlington and Alexandria have grown this decade even as the region's outer counties have grown more diverse.

Other populations become diverse.
Why didn't the district population become more DIVERSE? It should have...the white minority incresed!!
But NOOOOOOO.
Other colors diversify....whites become a (malignant)growth.
Haha. Odd enough, the District is becoming a safer place to live. All the crime is being pushed out to Prince George's County, Maryland.
