I suspect that her (Gorelick) apparent involvement in the incorrect decision that it was illegal to use special ops troops to go after al Qaeda's leadership, when she was the head attorney for the Department of Defense, was far more significant.Holy shiite.

You just said what I was thinking when I read that about Gorelick at DoD. Always thought Cohen was out of his element and didn't have the foggiest what was happening. It was like he was in charge but not in charge. Strange time for DoD and now I know why -- Gorelick!
