Any Utah FReepers know what the real estate market's like in Provo? I'm looking around for a retirement home....
From what I understand the real estate market in Utah, let alone Provo is booming right now. And if you're really, really, really into the quirks of the LDS culture in Provo, it's the place for you.
It's costly, but not California bad. Provo is beautiful. So are Orem, Alpine, Lehi, and, of course, my new home, Heber City.
Heber is much more affordable--though not quite as conservative as Provo.
