I wonder if it is possible to list the 25 top cities for the most minorities and the 25 top cities with the fewest minorities.

Further, I wonder if the two lists would have a high coorelation?

Hialeah (the #4 MOST CONSERVATIVE city according to this survey) is about 90% Hispanic. Of course, since Cuban Americans are the largest voting block in Hialeah (although they are declining as they move out to nicer towns), it should be no surprise that it voted so heavily Republican in 2004.
