I recall this video, I watched it years ago when it was released. I understand and can appreciate the interpretations one may derive from its' conclusions. As I mentioned before, The FBI HRT at that time was engaged in activities which did not make any sense. The situation was very fluid at the time and as tragic as it was the result will never be acceptable to anyone of character. As you can imagine circumstances differ for every event and training is a key to preventing tragedies like Waco. In the case of this young man who was killed, until evidence is produced which contradicts the statements on record, I must support the actions of the Police. If it is reveled that the Police acted in a criminal way, I will be the first to say prosecute them.

If you are engaged in criminal activity it would make sense that we would be knocking on your door. Therefore, to reach for a weapon is a conscious decision to fight. As an officer you should know that your back is covered by your fellow officers and they expect you to be covering theirs. There is no latitude here! Yes we want law and order but reasonable law enforcement please. These kinds of raids on private homes should be outlawed...unless like you say, they are executed upon known murderers, rapists, and other violent criminals and terrorists.

This action by these cops is murder plain and simple. Sadly, they will investigate themselves, clear themselves, and give themselves awards in the end.

If you burst in my home (claiming to be police or not) I will do my best to drop you. I'm not gonna sit around trying to figure whether you or police or not...since home invaders will announce themselves as police too.

Big Deal... Making pot illegal is insane. Of course in our society pot is used as a symbol of societal decay being the cause from teen pregnancy, to job loss, to terrorism.
