And not only summary executions for drivers one mile over the speed limit, but kill their families too, destroy the genetically flawed vermin who will no doubt commit the same offense at some point down the road!
And did not the townspeople see these horrible scofflaws...... and yet they did NOTHING? Raze the town and kill them all!
