It links over to Newsday so here is an excerpt:
CRAWFORD, Texas For more than a year, a modest bungalow known as "Peace House," located a few miles from President Bush's ranch, has served as a headquarters for antiwar activists. It is lonely work, with little more than a skeleton crew on hand much of the time.
But then Cindy Sheehan hit town.
The 48-year-old mother of Army Spc. Casey Sheehan, who was killed in an ambush in Baghdad last year, is consumed by the kind of grief that turns into a furious determination to do something in her case, to confront the president and force him to explain why her son died.
Now, in the space of just a few days, what started out as a seemingly quixotic personal mission has become something of a phenomenon with media swarming around Sheehan, leading liberal and antiwar activists parachuting in to try to make her their long-sought voice, and political experts in both parties working to assess what role she may have in galvanizing the public's gathering unhappiness with the increasing American casualties in Iraq.
Antiwar leaders hope that putting the spotlight on Sheehan will motivate Americans who oppose the war, creating a political force strong enough to compel the Bush administration to change course.

So sad - I wonder what her reaction would be if someone told her that the perps who killed her son are gratified to know that she is on their side.
She's a fool. She could be honoring her son's memory by helping out our soldiers instead she is hurting our soldiers and her son's memory for her Kodak Moment!
Actually, many of us wanted Clinton to get tougher with Iraq instead of his unneccessary use of the US military as a meals on wheels program.
There is a difference between being against the War and being for the Iraqi resistance. I AM NOT FOR THE IRAQI RESISTANCE NOR ANYONE ELSE TRYING TO KILL OUR TROOPS. I still say you should be able to stand up and say you are against the war and not be called a traitor, especially if you lost a son in Iraq.
People can stand up and say they are against the war all day long and not be called or considered traitors. Its when you align yourself with anti-american organizations and organizations that, yes, want to see the Iraqi terrorists kill our troops and defeat us and allow them to use you as a tool to advance their cause, or agree with them and proudly promote such that you fall into the traitor camp.
I'm sorry, but this message, even if it is accurate, is next to useless. We need real verification. Why can't one of them get on TV or talk to a reporter?
Direct your outrage towards those who are doing the killings and terrorism, not the one fighting such atrocities.
Cindy Sheehan is a habitual liar and should be put in a mental institution before she hurts somebody or herself.
I said just that in the above post. An no President is going to come out and say "this women is a barking moonbat who supports our enemies."

Let me tell you a little something about this person. I have done some searches on what she has said. She hates this country, hates President Bush and VP Cheney for winning in 2000 and 2004. I was on a site which has a list of groups who support her. Nothing but anti-President Bush groups. She is a disgrace to other families who have lost children in wars. She is in this only for her anti war and anti-President views. She is a traitor.

Yes, I know what it is like losing a child. Believe me, this is not grief but absolute hatred for this country. She has been a hate filled leftist for many years and this is just one way she has to do something against President Bush. She has never, ever supported this way. Do some searches on sites which have statements by her.
Glad to meet you. I'm Tip O'Neill.
She is a liar. Proven liar. And filled with hate for this country.
Call it dissent. I call it traitorous.
President Bush is the President, and he is in a different type of position than I am, wherein he is as diplomatic as possible, while totally rejecting her demands. I expected him to do it that way. Does not mean the rest of us have to.
And btw, I actually think she is a threat to get more of our young warriors killed. I think she is on the side of the terrorists. Her rants against this country, against Israel, etc. sound just like the terrorists. There is virtually no difference in their words.
The President would be true to his Oath of office to Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution, and true to his role as Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces if, in those capacities, he had this national security threat removed from near his ranch, so that she could spew her hatred and lies from some other location and have to stop stalking him and using the situation of his location and his Presidency to harm our troops and our security around the world.
I disagree that she should be allowed to continue forever doing what she is doing WHERE AND UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES SHE IS DOING IT, AND I DON'T CARE IF THE PRESIDENT ALLOWS HER TO, I THINK THAT IS WRONG!
To comply with the new NCAA rules I have to ask you to refrain from using the word warrior as it is offensive to native Americans. In the future please use the word soldier.
