Cindy Sheehan's Crowd

It's easy to see why Cindy Sheehan, the 48-year-old mother of a soldier killed in Iraq, has become the new face of the anti-war movement, featured in a New York Times editorial on Tuesday and a Maureen Dowd column yesterday morning. Camped out in Crawford, Texas, near President Bush's ranch, she's a more sympathetic face than a lot of the alternatives. But as sad as Ms. Sheehan's loss is - and we don't belittle it - she has put herself in league with some extreme groups and individuals.
For starters, Ms. Sheehan has been posting on Michael Moore's Web site, writing, "We have such a strong coalition of groups. GSFP, Code Pink, Veterans for Peace, Military Families Speak Out and the Crawford Peace House. I talked with John Conyers today and he wrote a letter to George signed by about 18 other Congress members to request that he meet with me. I also talked to Maxine Waters tonight and she is probably going to be here tomorrow."
It turns out that the Crawford Peace House Web site includes a photo depicting the entire state of Israel as "Palestine," and it carries a link to a report that when Prime Minister Sharon visited Crawford, the "peace house" greeted him with an "800-foot-long banner containing all of the United Nations resolutions that Israel is in violation of." The Crawford Peace House site also features a photo of Eugene Bird, who has suggested that Israeli intelligence was responsible for the abuses at Abu Ghraib.

My prediction: Sheehan will run for some sort of office within the next year. She's getting hooked on the spotlight.

I know it's been said many times but I am so thankful that we no longer have to rely on only the MSM for our news. I hate to think of the damage Sheehan could cause if that were still the case.

Actually, All you have to do is listen to her speak. Sorry but what ever "sympathy" anyone might of felt for this woman disappears 15 seconds after she starts speaking. This is a repeat of the 2002 Wellstone Memorial. I get the impression that she is doing far more damage to HER side by showing just how hate filled and out of touch the Hysteric Left is.

If you're right (and it's a good point) - she'd be wise to move her ass out of Vacaville - she's right outside Travis Air Force Base and there are lots of active and retired military voters in the vicinity. If the people I speak to are any indication, Cindy's shenanigans aren't going over too well.

Oh no, this woman wont be running for office. She is a tool. And like all tools, when they stop being useful, they are tossed aside like yesterday's garbage.
She traded her son's honor for her 15 minutes of fame, courtesy of Micheal Moore and the MSM. I remember when everyone assumed that Anita Hill would run for office. This woman is going to be left with nothing, because her stunt aint working, no matter how hard the MSM tries to give her a forum.
These stunts don't work against an administration that does not watch polls or stick their finger in the air to find out what to say. The only thing this woman is going to leave Texas with is sunburn.

GEORGE? SHE CALLS THE US PRESIDENT GEORGE?
I've given her a pass because she was grieving, but that's over now. She's become possessed by the demon that is liberalism. God help her.

Note the other nutcase who was on O'Reilly yesterday. I have to give O'Reilly credit, because he just let her talk, and the more she said, the worse she(and the anti-war movement) looked.
She came off as a complete fool, and even showed a little bitterness from not getting the same attention as the other wacko.

Be gone troll! Either that or standby for a thrashing.
This is only the tip of the iceburg on this woman and you should educate yourself before making yourself look like more of an ass.

Not only that. Funny how the story about her meeting with the President last year is carefully edited OUT of most "news stories about her.

GSFP =
Gold Star Families for Peace
GSFP believes that the so-called Downing Street Memo is the "smoking gun" proof that is a validation of the fact that the invasion/occupation of Iraq is based on deceit and prefabricated intelligence..... We believe that lying to Congress and the American people is traitorous and constitutes "high crimes and misdemeanors" and are impeachable offenses. calling .. Articles of Impeachment against George Bush, Dick Cheney and everyone in the Cabinet who also lied.
GSFP will be holding a press-conference before we visit Congress in the morning on June 15th. Time and place TBA. Pleace call contact for more info.
